For Kathleen O’Brien Price, food is a way of sharing her unique heritage with others. Kathleen is half Irish and half African-American, and her cooking style is a culinary mashup of the two cultures.

Kathleen partnered with Vox Creative and Guinness to create a yam dish inspired by the flavors of Guinness Extra Stout. Guinness Extra Stout provides the perfect base for a rich caramel sauce, thanks to its bittersweet finish that cuts through the sweet notes of the yams and creates a balanced flavor profile.
